Description
Asian Motif Abstract Painting Original Signed by Artist Framed 27" H x 33" W ... 100% original, one-of-a-kind hand painted art. This vibrant painting offers a modern, abstract interpretation of classical Asian motifs, blending traditional symbolism with a kinetic, contemporary energy. At its center stands a multi-tiered red pagoda, flanked by a blue and purple dragon that seems to spiral through the composition, adding a sense of mythic movement. The work is anchored by a prominent Yin and Yang symbol and a series of geometric, architectural lines that resemble stylized bridges or lattices, cutting through ethereal washes of watercolor in gold, teal, and crimson. In the lower-left corner, the presence of Chinese calligraphy—specifically the characters for "Qì Yùn Shēng Dòng" (氣韻生動)—suggests the piece is an exploration of the "spirit resonance" or life energy that is central to the Six Principles of Chinese Painting. The splattered textures and sweeping gestural lines create a "vibe" of organized chaos, suggesting a bridge between ancient spiritual traditions and the frantic pace of the modern digital or urban world.
