Virginia, was educated at W. Virginia University and School of Design. She worked in New York for decades as a commercial artist in graphic design, fashion and general illustration; she has held positions as advertising manager and art instructor giving workshops and teaching privately. M. Neville exhibited widely in solo and juried exhibitions on state, regional and national levels receiving numerous awards. Her paintings are often watercolor and oil for private and public collections that hang in places such as the Tennessee State Museum, and Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage Museum in Hermitage, Tennessee.
