I'll Pick You A Flower Original Art Painting Signed by Artist in Good Condition Art Painting Original Signed by Artist Framed 25" H x 20" W - RARE ... It's 100% original, one-of-a-kind hand painted art. This original pastel painting, titled "I'll Pick You A Flower," captures a tender, fleeting moment of childhood innocence within a lush, impressionistic garden. The artist employs a soft, textured technique—characteristic of chalk or oil pastel—to render a young child nestled among vibrant greenery and delicate blue blooms. There is a beautiful play of light across the child’s blonde hair and the structured background, which suggests a wooden garden fence, providing a sense of private, sun-drenched sanctuary.

The composition is grounded by the child’s focused expression and the gentle reaching gesture, embodying the simple, heartfelt curiosity of youth. Signed by the artist in the lower right, the work is elevated by its thoughtful presentation: a deep-set double matting in sage and forest green that draws the eye into the soft color palette of the piece. Housed in a classic gilt-edged frame, this painting serves as both a nostalgic narrative and a skillful exploration of light and botanical texture.
