Najee Harris is a professional American football running back currently playing in the National Football League (NFL) for the Los Angeles Chargers. Born on March 9, 1998, Harris played college football for the Alabama Crimson Tide, where he was a two-time National Champion. His impressive college career led to him being selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft. During his four seasons with the Steelers (2021-2024), Harris established himself as a consistent and durable workhorse, achieving at least 1,000 rushing yards in each season and earning a Pro Bowl selection in his rookie year.
In March 2025, Harris signed with the Los Angeles Chargers.
