Nate Archibald, nicknamed "Tiny" due to his 6'1" stature, was a dynamic point guard who excelled in the NBA for 13 seasons.  Drafted in 1970, he quickly became a standout player, particularly during his time with the Cincinnati Royals and Kansas City-Omaha Kings.  In the 1972-73 season, Archibald achieved a remarkable feat, becoming the only player in NBA history to lead the league in both scoring (34.0 points per game) and assists (11.4 assists per game).  A six-time NBA All-Star and a three-time All-NBA First Team selection, Archibald was known for his scoring ability, quickness, and playmaking skills.  Later in his career, he joined the Boston Celtics, where he won an NBA championship in 1981 and was named an All-Star three times, even earning the All-Star Game MVP award that same year.  His contributions to the game were recognized with his induction into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 1991 and his selection to the NBA's 75th Anniversary All-Time Team.
