Following an NCAA championship run at the University of Arizona, the explosive 6'2" guard was selected 10th overall in the 1999 NBA Draft by the Atlanta Hawks, where he quickly blossomed into a high-scoring playmaker, averaging a career-high 19.7 points per game in his sophomore season.
